Vancouver raised guitarist Christopher Fraser has been called one of the jazz scene's most exciting new voices today. An uncanny improviser, Fraser takes a modern approach to the traditional jazz idiom to create a unique sound that has been described as soulful, emotional and playful.

Putting an energetic and soulful spin on the traditional jazz idiom playing a mix of fresh takes on tunes from the Great American Songbook as well as his own original compositions. He will be joined by Ben Frost on Trumpet and Dan Howard on Bass."
